As the Founder and CEO of Fathom Marine Consultants Pvt Ltd, Nipun Chatrath brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. A Chief Engineer with an Unlimited License, he began his career as a Trainee Marine Engineer in 2004 and rose up the ranks to become a Chief Engineer, sailing on a variety of vessels.

Nipun has extensive experience in Brand Management, Product Development, Project Management, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Change Management, Audits, Inspections, facilitating class surveys, PSC inspections, vettings onboard, Hull conversion, and repair yards/drydock experience.

In addition to his technical expertise, Nipun holds a Post-Graduation in Marine Law from a prestigious law school in London. He was also involved in the LNG manoeuvring and bunkering training project in 2015.

As CEO, Nipun is responsible for developing and overseeing business development, corporate strategy, governance, and planning, and implementing standards and policies that align with our mission and vision. His passion for excellence, coupled with his extensive experience and technical expertise, has been instrumental in driving Fathom Marine Consultants' success and establishing us as a leading provider of innovative, sustainable, and intelligent solutions in the maritime industry.

Walter Dsouza ,B.E. , C.Eng , MInstMC - is a Controls and Automation Engineer with 25+ years of extensive experience in Offshore / Onshore Oil and Gas Insustry including feasibility studies , Cost Estimates,  Engineering , Procurement, Installation and Comissioning .A Chartered Engineer , Registered with UK Council , Walter has provided performance optismising solutions to various projects including Floating Storage Units and Shuttle Tankers. While leading projects , he has been involved in interacting with various global contractors , their sub suppliers and participated in calibration and testing of critical equipments needed to fulfil project requirements.

As a seasoned professional, he is responsible for leading the operations, strategies, and customer experience transformation projects for the company. He specializes in helping start-ups achieve their full potential and has a proven track record of delivering results.

His extensive experience and deep industry knowledge make him an invaluable asset to the Fathom team. Farshad holds an MBA degree, which has equipped him with the skills and expertise needed to drive success in today's fast-paced business environment.

Rajiv Goel ( Ex D.M.E.T.) is a Chief Engineer and has 48 years of experience in Marine Industry. He has sailed on bulk carriers before being ashore as Surveyor & Lead Auditor, Technical Manager and Service Manager with Wartsila etc . He is responsible for overseeing Technical services & Standards.

Chief Engineer( Unlimited ) (Ex GCNS)(Ex Singapore Maritime) A Tankerman started sailing as a young Trainee Marine Engineer  in 2002 having sailed on different kind of vessels and rose up in the ranks to a Chief Engineer. Having extensive marine experience like dry-docking , machinery survey , repairs , fabrications , inspections , surveys onboard and offshore vessels & installations. He is a versatile and highly motivated professional with extensive maritime and offshore experience, bringing years of experience to FMC.
