How to Request Account Deletion
Users of the Fathom LNG Bunkering mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us via email.
📧 Send your request to: Project@fathommarine.com
Please include:
• Your registered email address
• Your username (if applicable)
• Subject line: "Account Deletion Request – Fathom LNGBunkering"
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive your request:
• Your account will be permanently deleted
• All personal data associated with your account will be removed
This includes:
• Email address
• Username
• Login credentials
• Profile information
• Seafarer IDs and related operational data
• Uploaded documents and records
Data Retention Exceptions
Certain data may be retained only if required for:
• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Such data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.
Processing Time
